How can I pay for my booking?

Your payment option are via credit card or in cash folowing your trip.

If I want to cancel my booking?

We understand that your plans can change and we don’t charge a fee for cancellation made up to 48 hours before your departure. If you cancel your booking with less than 48  hours before your departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total amount paid.

Is the tip included?

You must know that the tip is not a requirement and it is excluded from the total price. But, if you are satisfied with the service you can reward your driver with a tip (around 10% is sufficient).

Additional fees are included in the price?

There are no additional fees for our services. Optional activities like entrance fees at sightseeings or foto/videos taxes are not included in the price.

Will my luggage fit in the car?

For each passenger is allowed two luggage: one large( 30x21x11 inches) and one small (22x14x9 inches). Our fleet includes three types of cars: Sedan (max. 3 passengers, ex. Volkswagen Passat or Skoda Octavia); MPV (max. 4 passengers, ex. Ford Galaxy or Volkswagen Touran) and VAN (max. 7 passengers, ex.  Renault Trafic or Volkswagen Transporter). A Sedan type can accommodate only two checked luggage. If you have oversized luggage we will help you to upgrade to a larger vehicle.

Pickup and drop off point?

We provide door to door service. The pickup/drop off point can be your hotel, apartment or any point accessible by car.

Can I take my pet with me?

Unfortunately we can not help you with this service.

I am charged for my flight delay?

No.

If we are more than 7 passengers?

If your group is  bigger than 7 passenger we can accommodate you in two or more vehicles.
